Functional additions

  • Allow user to set pressure during NPT ensemble when calculating MD for GROMACS (previously, the default setting was 1bar (1 atm)). (Previously, the default setting was 1bar (1 atmosphere).
  • For docking calculations in general and for the [deltaG] command calculations, the myPresto sievgene program used in the calculations has been upgraded to the latest version, sievgene_dual.
