Functional additions

  • When an atom is clicked on the 3D screen, the charge of the atom is displayed in the jV Console.
  • When clicking three consecutive different atoms on the 3D screen, the angles of the three atoms are now displayed on the jV Console.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug that the trajectory movie of MD calculation results could not be saved as an animated gif file.
