Functional additions

• The number of characters displayed on the warning screen when the number of molecules for which Hgene cannot create a mol2 file is too large has been limited so that the size of the warning screen will not be extremely large.

Bug Fixes

• In Hgene, when the PDB file is input and the 15th character is not a number, the atomic name is created with the 13th and 14th characters, and the 15th and subsequent characters are omitted from the atomic name. As a result, errors in judging atomic species have been eliminated. Because we found a rare case in which the atomic species of a compound in the input PDB file was wrongly determined.
