If a protein and a nucleic acid molecule have less than 3 residues, it is judged to be a compound. As a result, when a protein and a nucleic acid molecule have less than 3 residues, the force field is generated by tplgeneL instead of tplgeneX, and the docking target molecule can be set as a compound in the docking calculation.
In Preference – Molecule, the percentage of standard nucleic acid residues in a molecule is used to determine whether the molecule is a nucleic acid molecule or not.
