Additional Functions

• In [Solvate Membrane], the setting items for ion addition were increased to be equivalent to those in [Solvate]. That is, it is now possible to set the ion concentration and the number of ions in a membrane protein system.
• In the positional constraints of [Global Minimize] and [Global Dynamics], the positional constraints of the main chain of nucleic acid molecules and the heavy atoms of proteins and nucleic acid molecules are now possible.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bug that caused special compounds to be determined as metals.
