Function addition

  • The latest version of myPresto lipid bilayer system creation program was implemented. By inputting the composition ratio of 6 kinds of lipid molecules of POPE, POPC, DPPC, DOPC, DMPC, DLPC, it became possible to create a lipid bilayer composed of 6 kinds of lipid molecules (previously, 6 Only one of the types could be selected). Furthermore, the force field in the MD calculation of the lipid molecules that compose the lipid bilayer was changed from GAFF to AMBER LIPID14.

Bug fixes

  • When the input PDB file of myPresto’s PDBCHECK program is the output PDB file of myPresto’s tplgeneX program, the charge value of the output PDB file of PDBCHECK becomes abnormal.
  • Fixed a bug that sometimes recognized a DNA chain as a compound molecule instead of recognizing it as a nucleotide.
  • Fixed a bug in the MAC version that the TREE VIEW display might be blank.
