Function addition

  • Added [Export]-[CSV] menu to various graphs of trajectory analysis (energy value and temperature can be used in myPresto Portal), and output data to csv file.
  • By default, S-S bond is generated at the time of protein input. (Previously, it was necessary to run [Create SS Bond] to generate SS bonds.)
  • Speed up tree display and compound information display.
  • Fixed the phenomenon that trajectory analysis graph of MD calculation of Linux version (energy value and temperature can be used in myPresto Portal) is not displayed in CentOS 7.
  • In the Linux version, it coped with the GUI bug which occurs in the latest Ubuntu (10.04LTS).
  • Fixed typo miss in partial charge.

Bug fix

  • Fixed a bug that made it impossible to use the [predict precise placement] mode (highly accurate placement that reproduces 75% of the crystal water around the solute) in [Solvate].
