Function addition

  • By inputting a compound file, SMILES format file input was made possible. A file of SMILES format can input multiple molecules by description of one line and one molecule.

Bug fixes

  • When the water molecule of the solvent is added by [Solvent] after generating the SS bond of the protein with [Create SS Bond], when the number of the starting amino acid residue of Chain in which the SS bond exists is not 1, the SS bond Fixed a bug that caused amino acid residues to be generated with incorrect numbers.
