Function addition

  • Added a menu (Display – Hide all H atoms / Show all H atoms) to erase / redisplay all hydrogen atoms in the system.
  • In the label display, three menus of residue name / residue number / residue name + residue number have been added. These are displayed only for proteins.
  • We changed the nine kinds of label display, from the setting on the Preference screen to the setting on the Display menu, making it easier to use.
  • Preference – 3D View – We changed the default value of Polygon quality to 8 -> 16 and cleared the initial display of 3D display.

Bug fixes

  • Bug fixation that parameter setting of Label / H Bond / 3D View on Preference screen did not work.
  • Fixed a bug where label display was saved when saving project.
