Functional additions

  • Docking calculation program “sievgene2” was upgraded from ver.241010 to ver.250120. The ring structure of the molecule was improved to eliminate the phenomenon of collapsing. The score function was adjusted to match the ΔG of the protein.

  • After performing the energy minimization calculation with GROMACS, a trajectory transformation was performed to eliminate the phenomenon of the protein being out of the rectangular region.
