myPresto Portal ver.1.1.89 released

Functional additions

• The add_ion and setwater of myPresto were updated to the latest version.
• As a result, the [Solvent] function has increased the number of ion addition methods from five to nine, making it possible to easily generate human cell ion concentrations, blood ion concentrations, and bacterial ion concentrations.
  In addition to Na+ and Cl- ions, K+ ions can now be added.
• As a result, when OPC3 force field is selected in [Preferences] – [Molecule] – [TplgeneX Water], OPC3 specific coordinates and charges are used.
  Previously, the OPC3 coordinates were substituted for the TIP3P coordinates.
• Scrollbars were added to the [MD Analysis] screen so that the contents of the [MD Analysis] screen are not interrupted even on a vertically narrow display.
• GROMACS-2021.5 was added to the GROMACS execution program built into the Windows version. The default setting is GROMACS-2021.7, but in some cases it did not work, so GROMACS-2021.5 is now user-selectable.

Bug Fixes

• In tplgeneX program, the misalignment of atom name columns in PDB output of Cl atoms was corrected.
